eel flavor chikuwa bowl
chikuwa is one of popular Japanese fish cakes.
Sweet source
2tablespoon sake
2tablespoon soy source
2tablespoon sugar
1tablespoon potato starch
Cut a chikuwa in half and sprinkle potato starch.
Grill with a skillet.
Mix the ingredient of the sweet source and add on chikuwa in a skillet.
